Brigitte's organic bread is all kneaded by hand. Where possible, the flour is from local farms.
It is baked in bread pans so it is the perfect shape for cutting and toasting. The bread is very well suited for sandwiches, and it freezes well.

Brigitte sells her bread and delivers orders every Wednesday from 3:00pm to 5:30pm at the Organic Market in the parking lot of the Deo Luthern Church, at 1801-30^th street NE, Salmon Arm.

She is also at the Farmers Market on Saturday morning from 8:30am to 1:00pm in Revelstoke, at the Grizzly Plaza.
